Job Overview

Assured & Protective India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales and corporate sales strategies
  • Excellent negotiation and client sales skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Experience in direct sales is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in using CRM software
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell

  • Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to the management team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
