Life Insurance Policy Service Representative

What role you will play in team: You will provide exceptional customer service to our clients by answering their queries, addressing their concerns and assisting them with their policies.

What you will do: You will handle incoming calls, emails and other communication channels to provide information, resolve issues and assist clients with their policy-related needs.

Key responsibility:

• Respond to client inquiries regarding life insurance policies via phone, email, and other channels.
• Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Provide accurate information about policy benefits, coverage, and procedures.
• Process policy changes and updates as requested by clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction levels.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
