Joining our IA’s dynamic global team as an Entry-Level Auditor means embarking on an engaging developmental journey. Team plays a crucial role in providing insightful analysis, informed appraisals, and strategic recommendations to our leadership and senior executives. We focus on assessing the effectiveness of operational risk mitigation strategies. Leveraging our expertise, objectivity, and industry insights, we contribute to the organization by evaluating the efficiency of controls integrated into strategy, governance, operations, and risk management protocols across both insurance and non-insurance businesses.

Skills Required (Mandatory)

• 
  2+ years of Internal Audit experience post CA qualification.
• Audit internship, CPA, CISA, Chartered Accountancy, or CIA certification.
• Basic knowledge of auditing concepts or relevant business knowledge and experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills

  Get Hired
  Manages assigned audit tasks to achieve department guidelines and within established timetables with high quality results.
• Supports the identification and assessment of business process risks and controls to help the audit team determine audit scope.
• Completes quality audit test workpapers and ensures support and conclusions are well documented in accordance with department standards that align with guidance provided by Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
• Consults through ad-hoc advisory engagements while working hand-in-hand with business units to share risk considerations as they undergo strategic projects.
• Contributes to department initiatives and strategies to improve IA processes including but not limited to data analytics, fraud, external audit support, and SOX.
• Strong commitment to driving customer success, where your contributions will directly impact the satisfaction and well-being of our valued clients.
