Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Agent located in Noida. The Collection Agent will be responsible for managing and executing debt collection processes, communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, processing cash collections, and handling finance-related tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Debt Collection:
Minimum 6 months+ experience in international BPO
