Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, OS, and applications
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems
- Manage LAN/WAN issues, routers, switches & basic network configurations
- Format systems, install MS Office, and perform software updates
- Assist with domain controller, user accounts, AD & shared folder permissions
- Install & troubleshoot digital signatures
- Ensure antivirus installation and endpoint compliance
Eligibility
-- B.Tech in Computer Science (CSE) Mandatory
-- 0–1 year experience or fresher with strong technical aptitude
-- Solid foundation in hardware, software & networking
-- Good communication & problem-solving skills
Added Advantage
Candidates who have completed certifications or courses in any of the following will have an edge:
--- CCNA / Network Administration
--- Windows Server Administration
--- Linux Administration
