Architect

We are seeking an Architect with 2+ years of experience to join our client's design outsourcing team. As a key player in supporting US-based furniture dealers and manufacturers, you will be responsible for providing CAD design, technical specifications, and rendering services, particularly in the field of office space (Workspace design).

Ideal Candidate:

• Architect with 2+ years' experience.
• Excellent visual, oral, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of interior space planning.
• Proficiency in visualization software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Microsoft Office).
  
• Interest and knowledge in the Contract furniture industry (Workspace design).
• Willingness to learn new software related to the contract furniture industry.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret client requirements independently.
• Flexibility to accommodate US client meetings.

Hybrid mode (2 days a week in office)All Sundays & any 1 Saturday (floating - monthly) will be off General shift and if required for meetings with US clients, shifts might extend

• Qualification - B.Arch. (Mandate)
• Must share portfolio of the work/projects handled
• Females preferred
• CTC - Max. upto 50k per month (in hand)
