As part of the Global Business Services (GBS) team, you will be at the heart of AstraZenecas Finance function. We are responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, simple-to-operate transactional finance processes that enable our customers to focus on AstraZenecas strategic priorities. The GBS Analytics team is enhancing its business support capabilities to deliver GBS reporting projects across service lines. This role within the new GBS Business Support Team offers you the opportunity to contribute to our transformation journey and deliver excellence in financial operations.
Accountabilities

• Produce business intelligence reports and analysis that are in-service.
• Assist in transitioning new reporting projects into service, ensuring appropriate supporting material is in place.
• Facilitate communication between IT and business teams for any technical issues facing services.
• Participate in ad hoc activities or projects related to service support.
  
• Engage in developments to further automate services.
  

Essential Skills/Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelors degree in a Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Technical IT discipline or equivalent.
• Preferably candidate with working experience of 3-4 years in similar role/scope.
• Good in spoken and written English. Other languages such as Japanese are a plus.
• Independent, proactive, responsible and can also work well in a team.
• Support call centre or similar customer-facing experience.
• Possess knowledge or experience in Power BI, Smartsheet and SAP Analytics.
• Knowledge of finance or accounting is a plus.
• Fresh graduates who have the same background are welcome to apply.
  

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Specific tools experience an advantage: SQL, MicroStrategy.
• Well versed in software systems development, ideally in BI Reporting developments, with a good understanding of data structures.
• SAP knowledge an advantage.
