Accountabilities:

As a Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and managing Salesforce-based systems and applications. Reporting to the Director, RDU IT - Global Commercial Customer Platforms, you will gather project requirements, create scalable solutions, provide data-driven analysis, and guide the development team throughout projects. Your expertise in Salesforce/Veeva CRM platforms will be crucial in enhancing business processes, improving user experience, and boosting productivity. Hands-on experience with integrations and APIs will be highly valued.
Crucial Skills/Experience:

• BSc degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar role with at least 10 years of total experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com development, including APEX, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning, Java SDK (nice to have) and API based integrations
• Strong customer focus with emphasis on usability and simplification
• Familiarity with Salesforce data tools and ETL tools
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or equivalent certification is a plus
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary, with the ability to effectively communicate with application owners and users. Must be able to translate between technical requirements and business requirements to effectively achieve results.
• Ability to adapt and respond effectively to change, delay, and or shifting priorities and goals.
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
