- Account Management
- Network Mapping and Distribution Planning
- Lead Customer Experience Optimization
- Data Insights and Analytical Skills
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management
- Teamwork and Project Management with Brand CFT
- Co-develop and align with Local Distribution SOPs
- Channel Management
- Performance Matrix
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Premium business school, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6-8 years of work experience; at least 3 years in leading distributors and sales territory
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience
- Driven Joint Business Plans with Distributor/Accounts
- Highly skilled in collaboration to develop alliances and partnerships
- Ability to lead sophisticated situations
- Willingness to travel within India
- Project management certification/knowledge of tools
- Proficient in MS-Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of India Pharma Market and distribution landscape
- Ability to think creatively and drive innovation
- Excellent writing and communication skills
