For one of our clients an industry-leading, award-winning casino game provider and software

development company, committed to delivering high-quality, engaging, and immersive gaming

experiences, we are looking for Studio Lighting Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

*Set and maintain high standards through policies, procedures, and best practices;

*Collaborate with producers and directors to bring creative visions to life;

*Guide and inspire senior lighting technicians, fostering a skilled team;

*Oversee equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth studio operations.

Candidate Requirements:

*Proven leadership experience in live studio or broadcast lighting;

*Expert knowledge of lighting equipment, control systems, and techniques;

*Strong understanding of studio safety and operational best practices;

*Excellent communication, organization, and team management skills;
