Product Manager / Head of Product - Horocosmo
Horocosmo is building a real-time consumer astrology platform focused on chat, voice consultations, personalized journeys, and transaction-heavy monetization systems.
We are hiring a Product Manager / Head of Product to own product thinking, user journeys, feature prioritization, and growth-led product execution for the platform.
This is not a documentation-only role.
This is not a delivery-coordinator role.
We want a strong product owner who can deeply understand users, identify the biggest growth and retention levers, convert business goals into sharp product priorities, and work closely with design, tech, growth, and operations to build a product that users trust, use repeatedly, and pay for.
The ideal candidate understands both user experience and business outcomes. They should be comfortable working across onboarding, monetization, retention, astrologer discovery, wallet flows, consultation journeys, and app behavior analysis.
What you will own
- Product strategy and roadmap for Horocosmo across app, web, and core user journeys
- End-to-end user flows from acquisition to activation to consultation to retention
- Prioritization of features that improve conversion, monetization, trust, and repeat usage
- Product requirements, experimentation backlog, release priorities, and cross-functional execution
- Partnership with tech, design, growth, CRM, data, and operations teams
- Core product metrics such as activation, conversion, recharge, retention, repeat usage, and session success
Key responsibilities
1. Product strategy and roadmap
- Build the product roadmap aligned with business growth, monetization, and retention goals
- Identify the highest-impact user and business problems to solve
- Prioritize features, fixes, experiments, and UX improvements based on data and real user behavior
- Balance speed, product quality, and long-term scalability in decision-making
2. User journey and conversion optimization
- Improve core journeys such as onboarding, astrologer discovery, chat/call initiation, wallet recharge, booking flow, consultation completion, and repeat engagement
- Reduce friction across signup, activation, first transaction, and first successful consultation
- Identify conversion leaks and work with design, tech, and growth teams to fix them
- Build product experiences that increase trust, clarity, and repeat usage
3. Monetization and retention
- Improve monetization systems including recharge flow, wallet usage, pricing presentation, plan logic, and repeat transaction behavior
- Work on retention loops across consultation reuse, push journeys, CRM hooks, streaks, nudges, personalization, and lifecycle triggers
- Partner with growth and CRM teams to improve Day 1, Day 7, Day 30 retention and LTV
- Build product-led engagement systems instead of relying only on paid acquisition
4. Product execution and cross-functional leadership
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization documents
- Work closely with engineering to ensure features are built well and shipped on time
- Partner with design to improve UX clarity, trust signals, and usability
- Coordinate with operations and customer support to surface real user pain points into product priorities
- Drive sprint planning, release priorities, and post-launch reviews where needed
5. Data, experimentation, and insight generation
- Use product analytics, funnel data, cohort analysis, and user feedback to drive decisions
- Define event tracking and product metrics in partnership with analytics and engineering teams
- Build and manage a strong experimentation roadmap across onboarding, monetization, and engagement
- Review experiments and releases based on business impact, not vanity metrics
6. Supply, trust, and consultation quality
- Work with operations to improve astrologer discovery, availability, quality signals, ratings, and session success
- Help design systems that improve match quality, reduce failed sessions, and improve user trust
- Identify product opportunities that improve customer confidence and operational efficiency
What we need
- 5 to 10+ years of product management experience in consumer internet, apps, marketplaces, fintech, D2C, service platforms, or consultation products
- Strong experience owning end-to-end product flows in mobile-first products
- Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, retention, monetization, and user behavior
- Experience working closely with design, engineering, growth, and analytics teams
- Ability to convert ambiguous business goals into clear product priorities and execution plans
- Strong product sense with the ability to balance user needs and business outcomes
- Experience with experimentation, product analytics, and data-informed decision making
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership
Preferred
- Experience in chat, voice, consultation, marketplace, live interaction, app monetization, or on-demand products
