Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to lead and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with a strong advantage for those who have worked in the facility management industry. This role is key to ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic support for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Support the procurement function
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Lead cash flow planning, treasury management, and financial risk assessment
• Support senior leadership with financial insights and data-driven recommendations

• Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure high-quality output
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as needed
• Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy
• Monitor cost controls and support financial planning for projects and operations
• Manage vendor payments, receivables, and financial reconciliations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting along with a professional degree (Chartered Accountant or CA Inter, CPA, ACCA preferred)
• 6–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the facility management industry
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in financial management systems and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
