Senior Manager - Business Advisory Services

Overview:

The Senior Manager in Business Advisory Services will manage and execute various advisory engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of corporate finance transaction support and business advisory services, and excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.

Client Management:

o Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing exceptional service.
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.

Engagement Leadership:

o Oversee and manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
o Provide guidance and leadership to teams, assigning tasks, reviewing work papers, and ensuring adherence to methodologies and standards.

Technical Expertise:

o Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and valuation methods to ensure compliance during assignments.
o Offer technical guidance to resolve complex issues encountered during engagements.

Quality Assurance:

o Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high-quality services are consistently delivered.

o Review documentation and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.

Business Development:

o Identify opportunities for business growth, prepare proposals, and participate in client presentations to secure new engagements.
o Collaborate with senior leadership to expand service offerings and enhance client relationships.

Team Management:

o Recruit, mentor, and develop staff, providing coaching and support for professional growth.
o Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Qualifications and Key Requirements:

· Bachelor in commerce and Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferably Chartered Accountant).
· Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting and auditing, with at least 7 years in a managerial/supervisory role a top 10 firm
· Strong knowledge of valuation techniques, regulations, and accounting principles.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
