Our fast-growing SaaS testing platform is looking to add an experienced Technical Account Manager to our team to drive customer adoption, engagement, and success.

Your Role
As the primary communication bridge with our users and stakeholders, you will deeply understand the Katalon platform and its benefits. Youll translate product capabilities into value-driven stories that resonate with enterprise buyers, influence our go-to-market strategy, and empower sales and customer success teams
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Katalon platform and translate it into clear, differentiated messaging for our target audiences
- Partner with Product Management to define and communicate the platforms value proposition across go-to-market channels
- Create and maintain sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, and product overviews to help accelerate deal velocity and facilitate the platforms enablement sessions
- Develop content for every stage of the buyer journey: case studies, blogs, white papers, solution briefs, and web copy
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform positioning and sales plays
- Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to fuel campaigns with strong narratives and proof points
- Act as a product advocate, helping represent Katalon at webinars, events, and community discussions
- Provide feedback to internal teams on customer insights, trends, and market gaps
- 3-6 years of experience in SaaS product marketing (enterprise/B2B preferred)
- Experience partnering cross-functionally in high-growth software companies, preferably SaaS / AI organisations
- Understanding of QA, AI, or test automation technologies is required
- Demonstrated experience in messaging, positioning, and launch execution
- Proven ability to craft sharp, value-driven messaging for technical and business audiences
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking; comfortable using data to guide decisions
- Collaborative and able to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Natural storyteller with a passion for simplifying complex ideas
