About this role:
Were hiring a RevOps Excellence Specialist to help drive key operational initiatives across Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams.
In this role, youll act as a program manager for RevOps owning initiatives end-to-end, improving workflows, driving adoption, and helping scale our global GTM engine.
Youll work closely with cross-functional partners across Revenue teams to help streamline operations and drive better business outcomes.
This is a business execution role (not technical systems-heavy), ideal for someone who is structured, business-minded, and action-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Ownership: Drive RevOps initiatives end-to-end from scoping, stakeholder alignment, project management to rollout
- Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and propose scalable, sustainable solutions across business operations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and CS teams to gather feedback and drive change management
- Operational Playbooks: Build internal process documentation, user guides, and enablement materials to promote best practices
- Issue Triage: Help diagnose and troubleshoot operational gaps surfaced from the field and propose structured solutions
- Business Insights Support: Track initiative adoption, collect field feedback, and report on project success metrics
- Process Compliance - % adherence to ROE, account ownership, and deal governance policies
- Sales Enablement Execution - % of new hires onboarded successfully and adoption rates for RevOps tools
- Operational Support Efficiency - Reduction in sales team-reported workflow issues and faster resolution times
- Account/Territory Assignment Accuracy - % of correct assignments and reduced ownership conflicts
- System Usability & Adoption - % improvement in sales rep adoption of CRM, CPQ, and Outreach tools
- Sales Productivity Impact - Reduction in admin work for sellers, faster deal execution times
- 2-4 years of experience in Project Management, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Enablement
- Strong project management and organizational skills ability to move projects forward independently and efficiently
- Structured thinker can break down complex problems into clear steps and action plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience engaging multiple stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives
- Business-process mindset: you think in workflows, bottlenecks, inputs/outputs, and improvements
- Experience working in SaaS, B2B technology, or fast-paced, growth-stage companies preferred
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar GTM tools is a plus (no heavy technical skills needed)
