What you’ll do at Ather

• :Be a key member of the Finance Controllership Team and primarily be responsible for managing day to day and period end accounting of Plant operatio
• nHandle inventory valuation and consumption accountin
• gSupport Record to Report team for financial reporting by reconciling and maintaining workings of Cost of production, purchase and inventory valuation in compliance with Ind A
• SBuild scalable ERP platforms with strong ICFR framework in Fixed assets and inventory managemen
• tManage statutory audit for Plant operations (Limited reviews and Final
• 
  )Actively manage sub-processes of Inventory, Fixed Asset capitalization and Plant related expenditure. This includes end to end ownership from process and reporting perspectiv
• eRun material vendor reconciliation routines; build strong internal controls for day-to-day compliances, audits etc. and periodic attestations/testin
• gRepresent the function in all business meetings to ensure compliance with accounting, controls, reconciliation and reportin
• gLead and manage submissions for secretarial, tax audit and tax assessment engagements and litigation
• sBe a core team of the due-diligence projects for fund (equity/debt) raising, rating agencie
• sManage litigations and handle external authorities together with external expert
• sVisit Plant at least two days in a week for meetings and manage the operation
