Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for clinical and non-clinical positions (Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, Technicians, Admin, Support Staff).
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, campus drives, and social media.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct background verification and documentation for selected candidates.
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data accurately.
- Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution in coordination with management.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Support in employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and recognition initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies, statutory regulations (PF, ESI, etc.), and accreditation standards (NABH, JCI, etc.).
- Support training and development initiatives for staff skill enhancement.

- Assist in performance appraisal process and feedback collection.
- Track probation confirmation, promotions, and transfers.
- Identify retention strategies for critical healthcare staff.
- Prepare periodic HR reports on recruitment, attrition, and manpower status.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all HR operations.
