Job Description

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for clinical and non-clinical positions (Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, Technicians, Admin, Support Staff).
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, campus drives, and social media.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
  • Conduct background verification and documentation for selected candidates.
  • Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding process.
Core HR & Employee Relations:
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data accurately.
  • Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution in coordination with management.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
  • Support in employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and recognition initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies, statutory regulations (PF, ESI, etc.), and accreditation standards (NABH, JCI, etc.).
  • Support training and development initiatives for staff skill enhancement.
Performance & Retention:

  • Assist in performance appraisal process and feedback collection.
  • Track probation confirmation, promotions, and transfers.
  • Identify retention strategies for critical healthcare staff.
HR Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare periodic HR reports on recruitment, attrition, and manpower status.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all HR operations.
