Senior Accountant

Job Title : Sr. Accountant

Scope of work / responsibilities (required):

• Record and reconcile all bank transactions and credit card activity for the month. This includes posting bank entries, reconciling accounts, reviewing disputed charges and recording any cashback accruals
  
• Prepare and post month-end accruals for key cost areas including packaging invoices, fulfillment warehouse vendors, Driven Talent temp labor, manpower on-call costs, and credit card cashback. Also includes reclassifying costs such as re-work and COGS
• Download and reconcile monthly revenue Cash and Shipping data from Tableau
• Customer Invoice Generation
• Perform a cross-departmental review of all expense transactions to ensure correct coding
