As an AI Generalist (Program Management), you will be the driving force behind Atlans AI initiatives - from initial ideas to company-wide adoption. Your mission ????

• Drive the AI journey from ideation to adoption - identify opportunities with our GTM org where AI can move the needle which in turn will accelerate growth and enhance customer value.
• Create frameworks for success - build measurement systems and processes that help teams leverage AI to drive faster growthLead systematic experimentation - design testing frameworks to identify what drives customer value, and scale successful initiatives.
• Build momentum through results - showcase how AI initiatives accelerate growth and improve customer experience.
• Work cross-functionally; coordinate between multiple teams to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable impact on growth and customer value.

• Impact Focused - Sharp ability to identify what truly matters amid complexity. Youve developed frameworks to measure success, maintained focus on key metrics, and consistently steered programs toward meaningful business outcomes.
