Job Description
- As an experienced AI Solutions Lead, your role will involve translating business requirements into impactful AI solutions. You should have a proven track record in AI/ML and expertise in delivering scalable solutions across diverse problems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as a trusted AI advisor to clients, identifying business challenges and providing AI-driven solutions tailored to specific industry needs.
- Collaborating with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to design and implement solutions aligned with industry requirements and regulatory standards.
- Leading end-to-end delivery of AI projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conducting detailed business analysis to identify AI opportunities within client organizations for enhanced decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting AI-driven insights and strategies tailored to the client context.
Key Requirements:
- Certifications in AI/ML.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solutions.
- Prior experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Program Management.
- Leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis, machine learning algorithms, and Python.

- Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, optimization, and large-scale deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and different frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and MLOps practices for AI model deployment.
- Experience with tools like LangChain and models from OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini.
