About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Affiliate Manager to build, manage, and scale our global affiliate and influencer network. This role is fully remote and plays a central part in driving growth, brand visibility, and new client acquisition through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, content creators, influencers, and media partners

• Build long-term relationships with high-performing partners
• Create and manage affiliate campaigns, competitions, and incentive structures
• Monitor affiliate performance and ensure KPI targets are achieved
• Optimize traffic quality, conversion rates, and ROI
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams
• Manage affiliate tracking software and reporting systems
• Identify new growth opportunities across regions and platforms

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or partnership management
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital acquisition
• Experience within trading, crypto, fintech, or prop firms is a strong advantage
