Role
As a PLM Program Manager, you will oversee the delivery and management of large-scale PLM implementation or AMS projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals. The role demands strong leadership, financial management, and expertise in PLM technologies
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management Manage multiple PLM/MES projects simultaneously and should have capabilities to successfully lead a team of 150+ members.
- PLM Expertise Lead projects in 3Dexperience or Teamcenter implementation or AMS.
- Revenue Management Revenue planning, P&L, handle end-to[1]end revenue management to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Leadership Guide large cross-functional teams across locations to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Client Management Establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in client organization. Proactively managing client expectations and addressing concerns.
- Stakeholder Management Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Strategic Planning Develop and execute strategies for project delivery, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Delivery Management Large PLM/MES Projects & SLA based 24*7 support, Manage Deliveries on fixed bids / Milestone based projects /Service Engagements.
- Sales/Pre-Sales Business development, BID management, Influence sales team showcasing resource capabilities to attract large clients,
- Team management People management, Building a high performing team, resource allocation, risk management.
- Quality control Evaluating project deliverables to ensure quality standards.

- 15+ years of experience, with at least 12 years in PLM solutions (Dassault System or Siemens).
- Strong expertise in PLM implementation or AMS (Application Managed Services).
- Proven track record in revenue management.
- Experience managing large portfolios and leading teams of 150+ members.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
