ATOZ Logistics Limited is seeking a seasonedNational Operations Headto lead end-to-end logistics operations, fleet management, control tower oversight, maintenance coordination, and Pan-India branch support.

The role will be based inDelhi NCRand involves direct oversight of500+ commercial trucks, multiple hubs, and daily operations. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in logistics, strong people management skills, and a proven record in optimizing freight and fleet performance.

• Supervise daily truck movements, route planning, and freight dispatch
• Lead the control tower team to ensure real-time tracking and on-time deliveries
• Optimize fleet utilization and vehicle availability across regions
• Manage documentation including PODs, GRs, detention, billing, and invoicing
• Reduce operational leakages, fuel costs, and turnaround times
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and transport regulations

• Oversee maintenance and workshop teams across major branches
• Monitor job cards, preventive maintenance, spares, tyre usage, and diesel consumption
• Manage tyre team operations: inventory, scrap control, vendor performance
• Conduct performance audits to improve fleet efficiency and reduce breakdowns

• Lead and manage operations teams across 40+ branches in India
• Collaborate with departments like Finance, HR, Admin, and Procurement
• Train and mentor junior managers and branch heads
• Execute strategic projects to enhance delivery reliability and reduce costs
• Lead tender participation, vendor development, and rate finalizations

? 1015 years of experience in logistics, transport, or fleet operations

? Hands-on expertise in managing large truck fleets (300+ vehicles preferred)

? Deep understanding of freight movement, maintenance, documentation, and dispatch

? Skilled in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and GPS tracking tools

? Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

? Experience in cost optimization, budgeting, and vendor negotiations

? Ability to work under pressure and handle operations across regions
