Senior Business Analyst - Immediate Joiner

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Business Analyst who can work closely with Sales, Customers, Solution Architects, and Delivery Teams to support pre-sales engagement, stakeholder analysis, and functional requirement gathering across digital transformation initiatives.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience working in multiple industry domains such as Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, or Retail. The ideal candidate should have an awareness of modern enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP) and basic familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools (Power Platform, Power BI, Fabric, Azure AI) as a value-add.

Job Responsibility: -

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and challenges.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to capture and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare detailed BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and use cases.
• Support solution validation and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Pre-Sales & Client Interaction

• Partner with Sales and Architects to support RFP/RFI responses, proposal creation, and functional solution blueprints.
• Translate client pain points into business requirements that align with high-level solution strategies.
• Participate in demos, PoCs, and business case development with clients.

Cross-Industry Experience

• Bring functional depth from industries such as Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, or others.
• Leverage domain knowledge to contextualize and validate customer requirements effectively.
• Support domain-specific solution design in collaboration with architects and SMEs.

Technology Awareness (Good-to-Have)

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric).
• Ability to translate business KPIs into basic reporting/dashboarding requirements.
• Awareness of automation and AI-driven business process improvements (optional).
