Role Overview:

We are looking for an AI Video Content Creation Specialist who brings solid editing foundations and a real command of AI content creation and creative tools. This isnt a role for someone who treats AI as a shortcut. We want someone who uses it as a creative weapon. You will be working across ads, films, and social content, creating, building and finishing videos that perform on platform and hold up creatively.

The ideal candidate is creative, technically proficient, and comfortable operating at the intersection of traditional editing craft and next-generation AI tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate AI-assisted video frames, shots, and sequences using generative video and image models.

• Use text-to-video, image-to-video, and video enhancement tools to build complete visual narratives.

• Assemble, sequence, and finish AI-generated assets into polished edits using professional editing software.

• Adapt and reformat content across platform specs like Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Meta Ads, and more.

• Edit video content end-to-end, from rough cut to final deliverable, across ad campaigns, short films, and social content (short-form and long-form).

• Iterate quickly based on creative direction, client briefs, and platform feedback.

• Stay updated on new AI video tools, models, and techniques and bring that knowledge into the work.

Tools & Skills:

• Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 generative AI tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Kling, Midjourney, Freepik, ElevenLabs, Runway or equivalents).

• Strong visual sense: pacing, rhythm, and storytelling instinct across formats.

• Ability to take feedback, revise quickly, and maintain output quality under deadlines.

• Decent proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
