Role Overview:
As a Founders Office Intern, you will work closely with the leadership team, supporting key strategic initiatives, operations, and executive functions. This role provides exposure to high-level decision-making, business strategy, and execution, making it ideal for individuals who aspire to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth coordination across teams, managing important documentation, and facilitating client communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an Executive Assistant to the Founders Office, managing schedules, meetings, and key tasks.
- Assist in drafting proposals, client communications, and other important documents.
- Work on strategic initiatives and support leadership in execution planning.
- Coordinate and track tasks across different teams to ensure timely completion.
- Research and prepare briefing materials for key discussions and meetings.
- Handle special projects assigned by the leadership team as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
- Strong research and analytical skills to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant productivity tools.
- Familiarity with AI Tools (optional but preferred).
