Credit Underwriter - Microfinance

What role you will play in team: You will be a crucial part of the team evaluating loan applications for microfinance clients.

• Assess the creditworthiness of microfinance loan applicants.
• Analyze financial statements and other relevant data.
• Make lending decisions based on risk assessment and bank policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Manage a portfolio of loans.
• Collaborate with field officers to collect information.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in credit underwriting (preferred).
• Good understanding of microfinance principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
