Role & responsibilities include:
- Conductinggoldloanvaluations using standardized methods and tools.
- Assessingthepurityandvalue of gold collateral.
- Supportingdisbursalprocesses and conducting audits.
- Trainingbranchstaff on gold loan valuation and fraud awareness.
- Maintainingintegrityandtransparency in all transactions.
- Collaboratingwithinternalteams to ensure smooth functioning of valuation processes.
- Supportingmarketingandcustomerengagementefforts as needed.
The role requires a strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. It is essential for candidates to have a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, with experience in banking or financial services, preferably in gold loans.
