As a Zonal Head, you should be a Graduate with over 15 years of experience in the microfinance sector. You will be responsible for handling leadership roles within the organization.
To become a Cluster Head, you need to be a Graduate with at least 8 years of experience in leading large microfinance branches or multiple branches.
As an Area Quality Controller, a Graduate with 5 years of experience in managing microfinance branches will be considered for the role.

For the role of Assistant Customer Service Manager, a Graduate with 2 years of experience in microfinance operations is required.
Lastly, the position of Customer Service Officer/Executive is open to candidates who have completed their 12th standard or equivalent. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in handling microfinance operations. Freshers who are willing to engage in fieldwork are also encouraged to apply.,
