Job Description
- As a Facebook Ads Assistant Manager at our company in Delhi, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of Facebook ad campaigns. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies, executing campaigns, optimizing performance, and providing detailed reports. You will collaborate closely with our data experts to analyze performance metrics and create targeted campaigns that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Facebook ad campaigns, including strategy development, execution, and optimization
- Collaborate with data experts to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Create and test ad creatives, headlines, and copy to improve campaign effectiveness
- Utilize Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager effectively
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders regularly
- Prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment and showcase excellent problem-solving skills
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing Facebook ad campaigns, preferably in an agency setting

- Proven track record of driving results and ROI through Facebook advertising
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical and data-driven skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience managing either an E-commerce, D2C, or App-based client with a minimum monthly budget of 1cr+
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
