You will be a Senior Human Resource Executive, responsible for managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee attendance, and fostering positive relationships within the organization. Qualifications Required:

- Experience: 3 years as an HR Executive or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment practices, attendance management, and compliance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with effective negotiation abilities.
- Mindset and Approach: Positive mindset, proactive, energetic, and active work approach.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite for accurate data management and report generation.,
