Job Description

    Role Overview:
    You will be a Senior Human Resource Executive, responsible for managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee attendance, and fostering positive relationships within the organization. Your positive mindset, energy, and proactive approach will contribute to shaping a productive and harmonious workplace culture.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Oversee end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
    - Manage the company's attendance system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
    - Utilize negotiation skills to manage and maintain positive employee relations.
    - Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
    - Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
    Qualifications Required:

    - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    - Experience: 3 years as an HR Executive or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment practices, attendance management, and compliance.
    - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with effective negotiation abilities.
    - Mindset and Approach: Positive mindset, proactive, energetic, and active work approach.
    - Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite for accurate data management and report generation.,
