- You are an experienced and motivated Tech Lead - Android/Hybrid Developer sought by Augurs Technologies in Lucknow. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in mobile application development, you are ready to take on a leadership role and mentor a team. Your responsibilities include overseeing the development, architecture, and deployment of hybrid mobile applications, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time.
To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a strong background in hybrid mobile development using technologies like React Native, Ionic, or Flutter. Proficiency in JavaScript, including experience with JQuery and custom JavaScript/jQuery plugins, is essential. Additionally, you should possess a solid understanding of web standards, client-side JavaScript concepts, Node.js, and strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
As a Tech Lead, you will lead the development and deployment of hybrid mobile applications, provide architectural oversight to ensure scalability and security, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features. Your role will also involve providing technical leadership, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development, staying updated with emerging technologies, and managing project timelines and resources effectively.
