- You are an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead - PHP Developer, seeking to join our dynamic development team in Lucknow. In this leadership role, you will guide a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient web applications. Your responsibilities include setting technical direction, ensuring high-quality code, and delivering successful projects on time. Your expertise in PHP development and leadership abilities will drive innovation and excellence within the team.
To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in PHP development, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. You should be proficient in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter, as well as front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks. Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL, version control systems like Git, collaboration tools like Jira or Trello, and RESTful API design and integration is essential. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required.
Your key responsibilities will include leading the development team in designing, coding, testing, and deploying PHP-based web applications, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders, maintaining high code quality, designing scalable system architectures, working with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, staying updated with industry trends, and maintaining technical documentation. You will also act as a key point of contact for technical inquiries from stakeholders.
