Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets, using statistical techniques and visualization tools.
- Translate business requirements into actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Design and automate reports and dashboards for key performance indicators.
- Implement and uphold data quality standards, working with governance teams.
- Apply machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
- Hire, Mentor and manage a team of data analysts, fostering a data-driven culture.
- Work closely with stakeholders and IT teams for seamless integration.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Estimation and Budgeting: Manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and timely execution.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 3 years of data analyst experience.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, Pandas, Matplotlib, Numpy and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Github, Jupyter, Anaconda
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities.
- Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of data engineering principles and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages, such as R, Java or Scala, for handling large datasets.

- Proficiency in database management systems beyond basic SQL, such as NoSQL databases.
- Basic project management skills to plan effectively and execute data analysis projects.
- Enhanced presentation skills for effectively conveying complex findings to various audiences.
