Responsibilities

• Specialize in buying, selling, and leasing secondary market properties in Dubai.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
• Stay informed on market trends, property valuations, and legal regulations.
• 
  Leverage multilingual skills to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate
• Fluent in Turkish
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory
