Recruiter

Aurantius Real Estate Broker is looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent Recruiter with a strong track record in hiring quality agents within the Dubai real estate market.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the Dubai brokerage market, agent profiles, and commission-based structures, and who focuses on hiring high-quality agents rather than volume.

Responsibilities

• Recruit experienced real estate agents within the Dubai market
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach
  
• Screen, interview, and assess agents based on quality and experience
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with management
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and hiring reports
• Support the onboarding and induction of newly hired agents
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for sales and leasing roles

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience within the Dubai real estate market
• Strong understanding of brokerage structures, commission models, and agent profiles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet hiring targets
• Highly professional, organized, and detail oriented approach
• Only candidates with proven Dubai real estate recruitment experience will be considered
