Position Description:

Aurigo is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Senior Manager of Product Operations to lead and scale the operational foundation of our product organization. This role will manage Product Analytics, RFX Support, and Product Documentation, ensuring smooth operations that enable faster decision-making, better customer outcomes, and scalable growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize product operations across analytics, documentation, and RFX support.
• Build scalable processes that improve team efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deliver actionable insights through usage data and competitive research.
• Ensure high-quality product documentation, training materials, and release communications.
• Align teams around shared goals to accelerate product delivery and customer impact

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 8 to 10 years in product operations, program management, or product support roles in a SaaS environment
• Strong leadership, prioritization, and communication skills
• Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Power BI)
• Proven ability to scale operations and improve productivity in a cross-functional team environment
