Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Work Winning and Business Development strategies across the Middle East region

• Identify, pursue, and convert project and client opportunities in line with business objectives
• Manage and coordinate bid submissions, RFPs, and tender proposals
• Collaborate closely with global design leadership to cultivate client relationships and strengthen market positioning

  Strong network and market understanding of the Middle East design and construction sectors
• Proven experience in business development and bidding for large scale design projects
