Job Description
Requirement:
Minimum 10 years of international sales experience in therapeutic drugs and therapeutics.
- Strong market knowledge of global pharmaceutical dynamics including pricing, reimbursement, regulatory, and customer preferences.
- Demonstrated success in sales achievement and market expansion.
- Thorough understanding of international pharma regulatory requirements, dossier submissions, and market entry strategies.
- Proven ability in team leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to multicultural environments.

- Exposure to entering developed markets (e.g., Europe, USA, Australia).
- Experience in handling tender businesses, NGOs, or institutional sales.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
