Head Of Product (Dubai) - Crypto Exchange

• This role is based in Dubai paying 65,000 – 75,000 AED a month + Bonus + Benefits + Relocation package if required**
• Must have experience of leading 0 – 1 Product Management across Crypto**
  

An innovative and market transforming Crypto Exchange business is looking to appoint a Head of Product to join their rapidly growing crypto business in Dubai. This is a pivotal role in creating groundbreaking product strategies and pipeline before executing and driving delivery across a Crypto business comprised of 4 key areas:

• Payments by card
• Exchange / Broker Dealer
• Tokenization (built their own layer 1 blockchain on Cosmos)
• Cross-border Remittance
  

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing product strategies within the crypto industry, with a focus on delivering innovative and user-centric solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals and industry trends
• Lead the product development and delivery process, from concept to launch (0-1), while driving cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and marketing teams
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and expansion
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer and market needs, while managing the product backlog and sprint planning
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate product vision, and drive consensus on product prioritization and trade-offs
• Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Grow a world class Product Management team through recruitment, exceptional leadership and acting as the interface between the business and technology.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management within the crypto industry, with a strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance
• Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency, digital assets, and emerging blockchain trends, with a passion for driving innovation in the industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
• Experience in leveraging data and analytics to inform product decisions and drive product KPIs
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
