Head of Sales - Solenoid Valves

Location: Any Major Metro City in India

Experience: 25+ Years

Industry: Process Control/Valve Manufacturing/Pneumatics/Hydraulics/Flow Control Systems

EXPERTISE REQUIRED:

• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors in Engineering degree or the necessary experience to understand solenoid valves and their applications.

• Minimum of 25 years experience in selling engineered products, with at least 5 years of experience in heading the Sales in an organization.
• At least 5 years experience in handling & managing Sales Team across the Globe, and having proven track record of business development in the Exports market from scratch
• Should have basic understanding of legal documents / contracts / NDA / JVs.
• Experience and comfort in preparing and delivering technical and sales presentations to all audiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a self-starter who is able to translate strategic direction into their own tactical action plan and then successfully execute those plans to meet and exceed revenue growth objectives of the company.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, distributors, and the factory personnel.
• Deliver on agreed KPIs.
• Timely reporting.
• Meeting all targets and objectives set by the management.
