- Oversee and assist HVAC service engineers in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC units and systems.
- Manage daily operations and overall success of a commercial building or facility.
- Ensure work is done according to company specifications and established safety guidelines.
- Supervise skilled HVAC trades and contracted HVAC/Control vendors.
- Assign work orders, inspect work, and assist with procurement of parts and supplies.
- To monitor daily cleaning & preventive maintenance of tools andHVAC equipments.
- Prior to start HVAC activities, Fire system notify to QC personal forsurveillance to ensure the quality work.
