Location : Mumbai (Andheri) The candidate should be open to traveling 15 days in a month across India

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background:

  • Graduate, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Technical Knowledge:

  • Understanding of industrial weighing and feeding systems or similar technical products is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial equipment and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and market share objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide regular training and performance feedback to enhance team capabilities.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and technical support teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
  • Ensure seamless coordination for customized client solutions and technical queries.
