Automotive Procurement Specialist

Auto Millennium Group is a leading automotive innovation and car customization group operating across the GCC, delivering premium vehicle customization, car care, and aftermarket solutions.

As part of our continued growth in Dubai, we are expanding our procurement team to support both automotive customization projects and automotive parts sourcing, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost control across all operations.

The Procurement Specialist Automotive is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing suppliers ofautomotive parts and materials for vehicle customization.

This role is strictly within the automotive industry and requires proven experience with aftermarket parts, accessories, and car customization components

• Source and procure automotive parts and customization materials (interior, exterior, accessories, consumables)
• Manage relationships with local and international automotive suppliers
• Request, evaluate, and negotiate quotations and pricing
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
• Ensure the timely availability of parts and materials for workshop and customization operations
• Coordinate closely with operations, workshop, and technical teams
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and cost controls
• Identify alternative suppliers and support new product sourcing

• Minimum 35 years of experience in automotive procurement
• Mandatory experience with automotive parts and vehicle customization materials
• Strong knowledge of aftermarket parts, accessories, and workshop consumables
• Proven negotiation and supplier management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment
• Experience dealing with local and international suppliers
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Fluent in English
• Arabic and Urdu are strong advantages
