Skills Required

Experience Required
For Executive Role: 1-3 years in sales, business development, or related fields.
For Manager Role: 4-6 years in business development, preferably in edtech, automotive, or EV sectors, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals.
Identify and build relationships with potential clients, including students, professionals, academia, and industry partners.
Present and pitch Autobot Academys products and services effectively to diverse audiences.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales data and insights.
Drive lead generation campaigns and follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

Education Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
MBA or equivalent (preferred for a Manager role).
