- As a Part-Time HR Manager at Autocash AI, your role will involve leading the tech hiring efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading tech hiring by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top tech talent.
- Developing hiring strategies to identify and attract skilled software engineers.
- Building partnerships with universities for hiring fresh graduates and interns.
- Managing HR operations to support policies, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Communicating with stakeholders to align hiring with business goals.
- Handling negotiation and offer management effectively.
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- An MBA in HR or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience in mid-size tech companies, focusing on hiring software engineers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and advanced Excel reports.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- The ability to work independently and efficiently manage hiring pipelines.
- Based in Pune or Hyderabad with the flexibility to work remotely.
