Principal Product Manager, BIM Software

What role you will play in team: Lead the product strategy and execution for our Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. You'll define the product vision, roadmap, and key features, collaborating closely with engineering, sales, and marketing.

What you will do: This is a senior role requiring strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the AEC industry, and experience managing complex software products.

Key responsibility:

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for BIM software.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and UX teams to define product requirements.
• Work with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies.
• Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
  
• Analyze product performance metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the AEC sector.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on BIM software.
• Deep understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
