Position Overview

This group partners closely with People & Places teams to provide high scale operational reporting and data support services. As a Sr. People Reporting Analyst, you will have an opportunity to Design, Develop, Deploy and Optimize Workday Reports to support our Autodesk leaders and People and Places teams to deliver an amazing employee experience.
Responsibilities
Be the first line of support for all Workday reporting related requests, issues and inquiry
Design, test, develop and deploy complex reports to meet business requirements, including composite, matrix and advanced reports
Create standard, advanced, matrix and composite reports while understanding business needs internal/external to HR
Create complex calculated fields for reports, condition rules, and others
Ensures meaningful and actionable report output. Validates and tests report to ensure accuracy
Lead and execute full report development life cycle: requirement gathering, design, build, test and deploy
Manage inquiries, issues and/or service requests to drive resolution in line with SLAs
Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements for data protection in respect to content, security and access of information contained within reports and reporting databases
Be the first line of support when HR have questions related to our reporting tools and dashboards. Also determine the best possible method of reporting of data
Provides day-to-day inputs on delivery of reports - Work with People Data Operations team, NEXT team and DES team regarding challenges and improvements to be made to the process
Flexibility in type of tasks, he/she will need to take on – balance between repeatable tasks such as data processing, data integrity checks, and dashboard maintenance
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
HR & Data analytics experience (10-12 year) incl. in-depth functional Workday (Reporting) knowledge (at least 5 years)
5-7 years of Workday report development experience & HR operational role experience in a global organization
Prism and Tableau experience a plus
Knowledge of database maintenance basic concepts
People Analytical skills with ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues
Knowledge of other HRIS technology and reporting solutions - Experience in End to End HR Reporting and Analytics (Data Visualization Technologies)Looking to get Placed? Try our Placement Guarantee Plan
Ability to work independently and at scale
Detail oriented, with ability to improve processes
Able to quickly translate broader business objectives into defined tasks with minimal direction
Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively assist system users to resolve problems and questions and ability to build and maintain relationships with HR and cross functional teams
Good analytical skills, technical aptitude and attention to detail
Experience working with Analytics or Reporting teams
Eager to learn new things and passionate about technology
Flexible and be able to embrace change effectively
Knowledge of Human Resources terms, processes, and analytics
Strong working knowledge in two or more of Data, Reporting and BI tools: ServiceNow, Workday, PowerBI, Tableau
