Designation: HR+Marketing Intern

Location: Remote (but the candidate should be from Delhi/NCR only)

Compensation: Internship for 3 months- 10,000(Monthly)

We at Autofy are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team as a HR+Marketing Intern. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with maximum industry exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Handle influencer marketing by searching influencers and coordinating with them for successful collaborations.
• Conduct market research to gather insights that will inform and enhance our marketing strategies.
• Contribute to E-commerce marketing initiatives to enhance online presence on Amazon.
• Take ownership of the recruitment process, from creating a hiring framework to ensure top talent acquisition, to managing job ads on LinkedIn.
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with candidates, including handling salary negotiations and issuing offer letters.

• Address employee queries and assist with HR-related tasks, including learning and managing our HRM software to ensure smooth payroll processing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree will be preferred.
• Highly motivated candidate looking forward to a career in Marketing and HR.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and its trends.
• Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively.
