Were scaling fast, and were looking for a driven Customer Success Manager to lead onboarding, training, and long-term client success initiatives.
Role OverviewYoull own customer success end-to-end onboarding new clients, understanding their business requirements, ensuring successful product adoption, and leading a team that delivers world-class customer experiences.
This is a hands-on leadership role based in Bangalore, requiring close collaboration with sales, product, and tech teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage onboarding and implementation for new customers.
- Understand client goals, workflows, and processes to ensure product fit.
- Conduct training sessions and build documentation for customer enablement.
- Build, lead, and mentor a small team of Customer Success Associates.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts; handle escalations effectively.
- Proactively track customer usage and drive adoption across all products.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the product team.
- Maintain high retention, upsell, and renewal rates through relationship management.
- Implement structured processes for customer communication, tracking, and reporting.
- 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Implementation roles in SaaS or enterprise tech.
- Proven track record of handling multiple enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and ownership attitude.
- Ability to manage teams and processes efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
