Were scaling fast, and were looking for a driven Customer Success Manager to lead onboarding, training, and long-term client success initiatives.

Role Overview

Youll own customer success end-to-end onboarding new clients, understanding their business requirements, ensuring successful product adoption, and leading a team that delivers world-class customer experiences.

This is a hands-on leadership role based in Bangalore, requiring close collaboration with sales, product, and tech teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding and implementation for new customers.
  • Understand client goals, workflows, and processes to ensure product fit.
  • Conduct training sessions and build documentation for customer enablement.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a small team of Customer Success Associates.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts; handle escalations effectively.
  • Proactively track customer usage and drive adoption across all products.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the product team.
  • Maintain high retention, upsell, and renewal rates through relationship management.
  • Implement structured processes for customer communication, tracking, and reporting.
What Were Looking For
  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Implementation roles in SaaS or enterprise tech.
  • Proven track record of handling multiple enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail and ownership attitude.
  • Ability to manage teams and processes efficiently.
